David is a long-time resident of Grants Pass, Oregon and chairs the C12 Group in southern Oregon comprised of business owners and CEOs from the area including Medford and Grants Pass.  He also serves other area organizations and individuals as President of Resource Development Associates, a consultancy focused on strategic and organizational development for it’s clients.
 
With an undergraduate degree from Cedarville University, and a graduate degree from Biola University, David has concentrated his career on helping others to lead with purpose and general management excellence.  Along the way, he has had roles as a church leader,  university instructor, president of a real estate development and construction company, general management consultant, and community outreach volunteer and non-profit board member.  David has enjoyed serving as C12 Area Chair and facilitating CEO roundtable groups since 2001.
 
David has been married for 25 years and has three children.
