David is a long-time resident of Grants Pass, Oregon and chairs the C12 Groups in Southern and Central Oregon comprised of business owners and CEOs from communities such as Medford, Ashland, Central Point, Grants Pass, Roseburg and Eugene.  

 
With an undergraduate degree from Cedarville University in InterDisciplinary Studies with a focus on Business and Philosophy, and a Masters degree from Biola University, David has concentrated his career on helping others to lead with purpose and excellence.  Along the way, he has had roles as the Director of Collegiate Ministries at a large church and as President of a real estate development and construction company.  He has also spent many years as the Managing Director of a consultancy firm focused on strategic and organizational development for 'for-profit' and 'non-profit' organizaitons, and has served as a member of the boards of numerous organizations.  David has enjoyed serving as C12 Area Chair and facilitating CEO roundtable groups since 2001.
 
David's family has been blessed with three grown children who are now serving God in the marketplace with their gifts and abilities.
